Our in-house jewellery designer will sit down with you and show you some finished pieces to give you an idea of the design you would like. Guided by your preferences, along with any design inspiration, pictures or other jewellery that you bring, we will help you choose the gemstones that will form the focal point of your bespoke piece. Our designer will sketch out some designs for you to see whilst you are in-store.
Once you have finalised your bespoke design, we will provide you with a 3D render of how your finished piece will look. We will email you the first design images within a week so you can see how your jewellery will look from every angle. Then, based on your feedback, we will continue to modify your bespoke jewellery design until you are completely happy with the result.
Once you have signed off the design it’s over to the master craftsmen and women. Your new piece of jewellery will be hand finished to achieve the most exquisite standards. It is then sent to the Assay Office where they will independently verify the quality of the metal and then Hallmark the piece with our unique mark. This mark is our promise to you that your jewellery has been made to our exacting standards.
Once your engagement ring design has been agreed with our designer, we will create a computer aided design of your ring so that you can see a 3D render of it.
If something doesn't look quite right at this point, we are happy to make amendments to your engagement ring design and create another, slightly altered CAD to match your dream design.
