Do you repair watches?

We offer a watch repair service for most watch types and brands. Bring your watch into our store in St. Albans where one of our team members can take a look for you. Alternatively, you can contact us online to enquire about specific repairs.

Do you repair jewellery?

Yes, we offer jewellery repairs of all types which are carried out in house by our highly skilled goldsmiths.

Our jewellery repair service covers each of the following repairs:

  • Stone Replacing
  • Split or Cracked Rings
  • Claw Re-tipping

Do you buy pre owned watches?

We buy most luxury and swiss watch brands. These include; Rolex, Cartier, Omega, IWC, Patek Phillipe, Breitling, Tudor, Audermars Piguet, Panerai, and many more. If you would like to sell your watch please contact us online or come into our store in St. Albans. Please bring with you the watch that you would like to sell, as well as the box and papers if you have them.

Can I view your products in person?

Absolutely, all of our jewellery and pre-owned watches are available for viewing at our St. Albans based store. One of our expert team members will be happy to help you with any questions you may have about the item(s) you want to view. We also have a large selection of engagement and wedding ring designs to view which can all be designed as bespoke pieces specifically tailored for you.

Do you offer a bespoke design service?

Yes, we offer a bespoke design service. This can include bespoke wedding and engagement rings, as well as jewellery remodelling and other design services. We have an in-house designer who will help guide you through the whole process. You can contact us online to book a consultation or visit us at our St. Albans store to begin the design of your special piece.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of our jewellery comes packaged in a Kings Hill box specific to the type of product which you have purchased. If you would like to have your purchase gift wrapped, we would be happy to do this for you. Please request this during your purchase and we will be happy to fulfil this for you.

Can you deliver my items to me?

Which payment methods do you accept online?

How long does delivery take once I’ve placed my order?

How can I keep my jewellery clean?

Cleaning jewellery depends on the metal, gemstones and type of jewellery. We offer a selection of jewellery specific cleaning products in store that are easy to use at home. We always recommend being extra careful when cleaning jewellery as we know how precious pieces can be. We also offer a cleaning and polishing service for pieces that may need that extra bit of TLC.

How do I know which ring size is right for me?

Ring sizes are different for everybody and are dependent on the type ring which you are purchasing. We would always recommend coming into our St. Albans store to measure the best ring size for you.

What are the 12 Birthstones?

A Birthstone can be a great starting point for a bespoke piece of jewellery and can help to make the selection process easier when choosing a new piece of jewellery. They provide a personal touch to your chosen piece.There are options for both traditional birthstones and also some alternative options for certain months.
