We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, un-worn, undamaged and with original paperwork for refund or exchange, depending on the conditions below.
If the item is faulty or has been damaged in shipping then please let us know within 30 days for a full refund and we will pay for the shipping for the returned item.
If you placed the order online for a next day delivery product then please use our online Returns Form and we will process it within one working day from when we receive your return, it may take up to 5 working days to show in your account. If you wish to exchange your returned item please put full details of what you would like on the Returns Form and we will process and either refund you any difference, or send you a link to pay the difference if the value is higher. You can return your online order to our store but they will not be able to process a refund in store, it will passed onto our head office to then action.

If your order was purchased in-store then please return to the store and we can process your refund or exchange.
If we have made a bespoke item for you we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or refund.
PATTERN APPLIED PRODUCTS
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any products which a bespoke pattern applied.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any products which have been engraved.
Any refunds due will be made within 5 days of receiving your item. Credit card refunds can take up to 4 days to appear on your account. Alterations will be processed immediately, and returned to you usually the same day.
